Beef Burgers
Number One
It’s the one at the top of the menu, it was a tough decision to make, which burger was going to be given the title of Number One. In the end, the good old cheese burger won out. So, i guess you could say it’s the Number One cheeseburger, in fact a recent survey confirmed that 100% of respondants* agreed that it is “the Number One Cheese Burger”. (* survey conducted on 5 burgerInc staff).
If your after something old school simple, this is the burger for you. It’s a big juicy beef burger smothered in melted king Island smoked cheddar with tomato relish, lettuce, tomato, red onion and aioli, all held together by a big toasted laMadre roll.
Number Two
This is a big seller down at BurgerInc, A very tasty burger. It’s the one with smoked cheddar, crispy bacon and Avocado ( real avocado, not the fake avocado spread).Personally it’s a favorite of mine, I never tire of it.
Number Three
Originally called the king’s Cheese in 8th century France, i’m sure they never thought it would end up on a burger in geelong in 2006.The french would be outraged. Our Brie comes from King Island and has a creamy nutty flavour when combined with char grilled beef, We like to think of it as our high end cheeseburger.
Number Four
Blue cheese and beef just works. Many an eye fillet with blue cheese sauce has been ordered by drunk businessmen on a friday at the local steak restaurant, this part of secret mens business is a secret no more. Try it with crispy bacon.
Number Five
Takes me back to those hot steamy days trawling through the markets in Kuala Lumpur looking for fake rolex watches, “just looking, not buying, special price for you”. Our satay has a hint of chilli and is made with no preservatives, goes well with a tiger lager.
Number Six
It’s not just the city types who love this burger, a tried and tested combination of flavours, we use Australian made sun dried tomatoes, roast capsicum and basil pesto thats as good as you’d find in italy.
This burger is available in beef or chicken(number fourteen)
Number Seven
We have two versions of a burger with the lot, this one caters to those that believe beetroot must be on any burger that’s made in australia. We do alot of these with an egg added to it. Be warned, don’t try to eat this while wearing a white t-shirt.
Number Eight
The chinese believe number “eight” brings good fortune, wealth and prosperity, We’ll drink to that. Our number eight burger costs $8 dollars, that’s double the chances of getting good fortune.
Number Nine
The classic steakburger, usually found at home in the public bar of your local, we’re bringing it to the people, and they can’t get enough of it. Mouth watering flame grilled steak, melted smoked cheddar, crispy bacon, fried onion and free range egg topped with our famous roast capsicum mayo. Good stuff.
